Hi All, We've had some inquiries from our great local consumers who wish to make donations directly to you, the businesses, that they love and want to support. Back when we went through the first lock-down a program called Distantly was introduced. This program is designed to accept donations from consumers who wish to support the business of their choice. Distantly is still up and running. I just went to the site and saw that a couple of you are…

Good Afternoon All, I'm sure most of you were listening to the Premier's announcement this afternoon. Toronto is once again in lock-down starting at 12:01am Monday, Nov. 23/20. No one has said how long they anticipate this lock-down being in place. I will let you know if I hear anything further on this. Also, the Province will be putting out a more detailed list of what is deemed as essential services and what isn't - I don't have that list…

It seems that the portals are not working properly - so you may be having a hard time attaching documents etc. The Province is working on the glitches so please keep checking back - hopefully these issues will be fixed asap. Here's the link again for those who need it: Property…

Grant/Subsidy Application Support: There are some new government applications that will be opening soon and for those of you who may need some help navigating the application process the City of Toronto has a Help Centre dedicated just to these programs. For one-on-one help with applications for any of these programs contact the BusinessTO Support Centre. 2. An invitation from one of our BIA…
