Join the Broadview Danforth BIA on June 12 and 13 for outdoor match-day fun, live music, family-friendly activities, local performances, and a special viewing party for Canada’s opening match against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The celebration continues through July 2 with musicians performing in CafeTO parkettes across the neighbourhood, representing cultures and countries from around the world. Come cheer, explore, dance, eat, shop, and experience the incredible mix of global sounds, local businesses, and community spirit that make Broadview Danforth feel like the world in one neighbourhood.

Parking Issues this week in the BIA....

Good Afternoon BIA Folks,

It seems we've ended up with a pile of parking limitations this week involving on-street parking and two of our Green P lots.

Green P Lots - No advance notice:

Despite having complained to Green P on previous occasions about not receiving advance notice of lot closures and being assured that this would be rectified - it has not been rectified and we received no advance notice.
The Green P located on Erindale between Broadview and Ellerbeck is partially closed and will remain partially closed for 3 days: today/Nov. 5, Nov. 6 and Nov. 7'
The Green P located on the north east corner of Danforth and Playter will be fully closed for 3 days: today/Nov. 5, Nov. 6, Nov.7.

On-Street Parking Restrictions:

The City's Film Office did circulate an advance notice to impacted businesses and area residents - please see attached for full details.
On-Street parking will be restricted for 3 days: today/Nov. 5, Nov. 6 and Nov. 7

Areas affected include:

Danforth north side: Ellerbeck to Chester
Hurndale Ave. south side: Jackman to Playter
Jackman Ave. west side: Danforth to Hurndale
Hampton Ave. east & west sides: Garnock to Danforth
