On behalf of the Broadview Danforth BIA Board of Directors - Albert Stortchak (Der Dietemann Antiques), Philip Kocev (iPro Realty), Shan Khan (Quality Optical), Amr Eliman (Papyrus Restaurant), Cameron Wright (Danforth Music Hall) and myself, we want to wish all of our BIA members and our team a very happy and hopeful new year.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank our Board for their volunteer service and to the following members of the team who are just THE best people to work with day in and day out:
- Councillor Paula Fletcher and her team. Whenever I'm up a creek without a paddle on an issue it's Paula and her amazing staff that step in to help!
- Sandi Koitsis-Zigomanis from the City's BIA office - she too is my go to gal when I'm up that creek without a paddle and taking on water fast :-)
- Eszter Czibok - our outstanding social media manager who promotes all of us so very well everyday of the year. Below is a link to the lovely wrap-up reel that Eszter created for our BIA - please take a minute to check it out.
- Keven Menager - our website manager who keeps on top of things in this department.
- Aure Lucas - our graphic designer who creates the most outstanding designs for us.
- Sandy Molnar - our sponsorship manager who takes on the task of helping to bring in extra cash so we can enhance our events.
- Angie Power - our media manager who, as many of you know, juggles media requests with our members.
And finally a huge thank you to you, our BIA members! Throughout the year you help to promote our wonderful BIA, you bring so much to the area and to the people who come to our area. 2024 was a year with challenges and stresses that you all had to add to your plates. It is my hope that 2025 brings us a new year with less challenges and stresses and a smoother, more hopeful time.
