Good Evening All,
This year our BIA was approached by Kennedy House Youth Services to see if they could do their Coldest Night Of The Year fundraising walk in our Broadview Danforth BIA. Kennedy House is located on Pape Avenue and provide amazing services to local young people in need. We are delighted to be hosting this year's walk in our BIA. Full information about Kennedy House is attached for your review.
The walk will take place on Saturday, February 22 from 5 to 8pm starting at Hampton and Danforth with the anticipated attendance of 250-300 people. I have set up a Broadview Danforth BIA team - the link to our team information is included in the attachment.
How can you participate:
- Please consider making a donation (through the link in the attachment) and walking with our team on Saturday, Feb. 22.
- If you can't do the walk, your consideration of a donation would be greatly appreciated.
- Kennedy House will be organizing gift bags for walkers so if you would like to donate to these bags please just send me an email and let me know.
- Please help us promote our BIA Team and this fundraising walk through your social media platforms.
This should be a fun fundraising evening in our wonderful BIA and we look forward to seeing you all bundled up on the walk!
