Celebrate soccer, music, and community on the Danforth with The World Within Our Neighbourhood — a free summer event bringing people together through the joy of the beautiful game. Join the Broadview Danforth BIA on June 12 and 13 for outdoor match-day fun, live music, family-friendly activities, local performances, and a special viewing party for Canada’s opening match against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The celebration continues through July 2 with musicians performing in CafeTO parkettes across the neighbourhood, representing cultures and countries from around the world. Come cheer, explore, dance, eat, shop, and experience the incredible mix of global sounds, local businesses, and community spirit that make Broadview Danforth feel like the world in one neighbourhood.

Good Afternoon BIA Members, I have two items to bring to your attention this week as follows: Personal Service Businesses (Salons, Spas etc.) Animal Allowance By-Law: I had an inquiry from one of our salon members about the by-law which restricts clients from bringing their pets with them to the salon. Friday, Feb. 23/24 Update: Watermain Break + Construction

Good Afternoon BIA Members, Today's update is dealing with construction...... again! Broadview Watermain Break Yesterday (Thursday) there was a large watermain break on Broadview down by Victor Ave. There was substantial flooding and streetcar service on Broadview had to be pulled and bus service had to be reinstated along Broadview from Danforth to Gerrard. As of this morning crews have almost completed the necessary repairs. TTC staff are monitoring the progress of work and will also need to conduct tests…

Broadview TTC Update Feb 16

Good Afternoon BIA Members, Some good news! As of this Sunday, February 18, 504/304 King and 505 Dundas streetcars are scheduled to resume service to/from Broadview Station. Note that boarding locations at Broadview Station will change. 505 Dundas streetcars will use the streetcar platform closest to the station, and 504/304 King streetcars will use the platform furthest away from the station. Commercial Property Taxes & The Proposed City Budget

Good Morning Broadview Danforth BIA Members, Some of you have been asking me about the impact of the City's proposed property tax increases on commercial property taxes. Construction Updates Jan 19

Hi everyone, A quick update on our area construction projects: Broadview sewer work is continuing. Crews will begin lining work next week from Pretoria heading south down Broadview. This lining work should take two weeks and will be done between 7pm and 7am Monday - Friday. The Broadview station streetcar loop isn't open yet. Work is still continuing.
