I want to share the details for our upcoming Tunes 'n Blooms street festival. We will be hosting outdoor bands this coming Sat. May 4 and next Fri. May 10th and then on Saturday, May 11th we will be hosting a full BIA street festival including a sidewalk sale, bands, giveaways etc. This is a great opportunity to promote your business and I hope that you will take advantage of it and participate. If you can please make sure your neighbouring businesses read this email. Below are the full details for the Sat. May 11th festival.

- a copy of our radio commercial promoting the event - it's running on 680 News and on Rogers Media streaming and digital platforms

Tunes ‘n Blooms Street Festival
Saturday, May 11 Noon to 3pm
Sidewalk Sale – Perfect Opportunity to Promote Your Business
- NO application or special fees required
- Set-up a table in front of your business for sales or promotions
- Tables must not block doorways; 2.1 metres sidewalk clearance must be maintained
- Sidewalk sales can take place from Noon to 3pm on Saturday, May 11/24
- You will have to ensure the area in front of your business is clean and tidy after the sale
- Restaurants, bakeries, butcher, cafes – you are allowed to sample or sell food/beverages. It must be food/beverages that you sell in your business. If you have specific questions please email me.

BIA Give-aways & street activations:
- The BIA will be giving away $5 BIA gift certificates at each band location (while supplies last) & summer seed packets in celebration of spring/summer blooms
- Super hero characters will be strolling along Danforth and Broadview greeting consumers, having photos taken with consumers
- Face painting and balloon twisters will be at certain locations
