Yes it's me again but I'm departing from my usual topics and updates....everyone is under so much pressure and stress - everyone - so for 5 minutes and 35 seconds can I recommend that you click on the link below and just enjoy, sing along, dance - whatever floats your boat. Hi All, Since my last email a bit earlier, one of our BIA members sent me the information below that they received from their bank regarding information on the $40k loan. I've read through what CIBC sent to this member and maybe I'm wrong but.... I don't think the parameters of this loan will work for most you????? Again, I've included Julie, Peter and Paula in the top send line of this email so please include them if you want…

Good Afternoon All, I've just done my daily duty of watching the PM's address to Canadians - please note that I've included Julie Dabrusin MP, Peter Tabuns MPP, and Paula Fletcher City Councillor in the top send line of this email (copy). We have been hammering away at all levels of government to come to the financial aid of our small/medium businesses and sadly the initiatives that have been announced aren't helping our businesses yet. 1. Federal Initiatives: 75% Subsidy…

I need your help to get all of this out. TABIA has also sent this to every BIA in the City of Toronto and has asked them to do the same. Altogether, the City has 83+ BIAs. This is a public awareness and, to be…

Message from Peter Tabuns (MPP for Toronto-Danforth) concerning their position they have taken today (March 30) on residential and commercial tenants. They hope that the Ford government acts on it. See below. Ban on evictions or disconnections The NDP is calling for a legislated provincial moratorium on evictions, lockouts or disconnections of tenants for the next four months, backed by law. The legislation should include commercial leases for small and medium-sized businesses. The NDP is calling for the legislation to…
